National Sales Vice President - Architectural Solutions

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a National Sales Vice President for Architectural Solutions to join our team. This position will lead the North American Architectural Solutions sales organization and operations. This position is remote-eligible. Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of our Holland, MI office will be expected to work onsite.

As a National Sales Vice President for Architectural Solutions, you will:

Essential Functions

• Drive profitable revenue growth and market share expansion across North America by translating business strategy into clear sales priorities, market plans, and measurable results.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Architectural Solutions sales team, developing talent, strengthening capabilities, and fostering a culture of belonging, engagement, accountability, and career enrichment.
• Champion sales excellence and disciplined execution by driving pipeline health, opportunity visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability against strategic goals and business plans.
• Activate the power of Haworth’s sales network by partnering with Territory Sales, Global Accounts, Audience Sales, dealer principals, and dealer sales leadership to create opportunities, win business, expand customer relationships, and accelerate growth.
• Shape and expand the market for Architectural Solutions by identifying emerging opportunities, developing complementary sales channels, and translating market insights into strategies that increase reach and drive long-term growth.
• Provide strategic leadership across the Architectural Solutions business as a key member of the Leadership Team, collaborating across functions to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver profitable growth and strong business performance.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Education Equivalency: 
  • Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or,
  • High school diploma plus 4 years related experience. 

Work Experience:

• 10 years of progressive experience is sales, business development account management, channel development, or commercial leadership with a Bachelor's Degree. 
  • Or 7 years of progressive experience is sales, business development account management, channel development, or commercial leadership with a Master's Degree.
• 7 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Additionally:

• This position is remote-eligible. Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of our Holland, MI office will be expected to work onsite. 
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within commercial interiors, architectural products, contract furniture, building products, or a related industry.
• Ability to build influential partnerships across direct sales teams, dealer networks, and key customer channels.
• Strong experience in strategic sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and business performance.
• Demonstrated success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
• Experience managing remote territories and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

Haworth offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, sales incentive bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. This role offers a base salary range of 240-285k, depending on candidate experience, education, and skill set.
