We’re seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a proven professional ready to guide complex client engagements, lead advisory initiatives, and mentor a growing team in a high-touch, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and oversee sophisticated tax and advisory engagements for business owners and families
• Review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust returns with confidence and precision
• Lead year-round strategic tax planning and advisory discussions with clients
• Supervise and develop managers and staff, fostering accountability and excellence
• Collaborate with partners on firm initiatives, client growth, and process improvement
• Stay ahead of tax law changes and identify opportunities to add value through proactive planning

What You’ll Bring

• CPA license required
• 10+ years of public accounting experience, with significant exposure to complex tax and advisory work
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, mentor staff, and drive engagement success
• Strong technical expertise combined with strategic and leadership skills
• Experience with entrepreneurial, closely held, or high-net-worth clients
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
