This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience working with children, including:

  • Camp Counselors
  • Babysitters
  • Childcare Providers
  • Tutors
  • Parents
  • Education or Psychology Students

Flexible Scheduling

  • Work as little as 5 hours per week or up to 40 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Must be available at least 3 evenings per week (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

What You'll Do

  • Provide in-home ABA therapy and behavioral support (training provided)
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of ABA professionals
  • Track and document behavioral progress
  • Apply behavior-modification techniques and interventions
  • Collaborate with families and the treatment team
  • Support children in developing communication, social, and life skills

Qualifications

Preferred

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) Certification
  • Experience working with children and/or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Required Skills

  • Compassion and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits

Education

  • Coursework or experience related to Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
  • Psychology, Social Work, Education, Behavioral Health, or related studies are a plus but not required
  • ABA training or experience preferred; on-the-job training available
