Psych RN, Inpatient Adult Float, 3rd Shift

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus OR Up to $40,000 in Student Loan Repayment Assistance

Schedule

• Full-Time | 36 hours/week
• 3rd Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend & holiday rotation

What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, person-centered psychiatric nursing care
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Monitor patient safety and respond to behavioral health crises
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge planning
• Serve as a clinical leader by supporting and mentoring staff
• Promote a safe, recovery-focused environment

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required
• BSN preferred
• Previous RN experience required; psychiatric nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
