What You'll Do

• Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Connect patients and families with appropriate community resources

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Current Michigan licensure (or limited license) required
• 1–2 years of postgraduate clinical experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
