Join Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services and make a meaningful impact while working with adolescents and adults in our Residential and Adult Foster Care (AFC) programs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using behavioral data

• Train residential staff, caregivers, and families on evidence-based behavioral interventions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team

• Provide consultation and support for individuals with behavioral needs

• Help improve quality of care through data-driven, person-centered interventions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Minimum of 2 years of behavior analysis experience

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software
