Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional and physical support to patients in hospital and residential settings
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Support activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
• Complete documentation and support treatment programming
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Behavioral health education, CNA certification, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work compassionately with individuals facing behavioral health challenges

Compensation: $15.57 - $21.79/hour, based on education and experience, plus potential shift differentials and incentives.
