Stein Solutions helps growing businesses turn AI into practical systems that save time, improve service, and make work easier for real people.

My business is growing, and I am looking for a strong Claude Code builder to work alongside me on internal projects and client systems.

This is not a general virtual assistant role, a Skool management role, or a position for someone who only creates basic AI artifacts.

I am looking for someone who can build, connect, test, improve, and simplify.

Someone who looks at a process and asks: How can we make this easier for the person using it?

What You’ll Do

You will work directly with me to design, build, test, and improve AI-powered systems for Stein Solutions and our clients.

Projects may include:

• Claude Code applications
• Client dashboards
• Internal business tools
• Automations and integrations
• AI-powered workflows
• Workshop and training experiences
• Prototypes
• Data workflows
• Documentation
• Process improvements
• Quality assurance and testing

Some projects will begin with a clear plan. Others will begin with a big-picture idea that needs to be turned into a practical, working solution.

You should be comfortable helping define the path forward, not only waiting for detailed instructions.

The Person I’m Looking For

You have strong building skills, but you also notice the details that determine whether something is actually useful.

You do not consider a project complete simply because the code works.

You think about:

• Whether it should be built at all — just because it can be, does not mean it should be
• Whether the user understands what to do
• Whether unnecessary steps can be removed
• Whether a direct link could replace several instructions
• Whether a prompt or automation could eliminate manual work
• Whether the experience feels simple and intuitive
• Whether the system has been tested thoroughly
• Whether the final result reflects a high level of care

The right person:

• Has real experience building with Claude Code
• Can connect systems, APIs, tools, and workflows
• Understands more than front-end artifact creation
• Can review an existing build and identify meaningful improvements
• Notices unnecessary complexity and simplifies it
• Pays close attention to details without losing sight of the larger goal
• Tests their work before considering it complete
• Communicates clearly and proactively
• Takes ownership of problems
• Is comfortable learning unfamiliar tools
• Understands that technology should serve the person using it

AI Tools and Technical Experience

Claude Code is the primary tool we use. Applicants should already be comfortable using it to build and troubleshoot real projects, not only generate individual pages or artifacts.

I would also like to understand what other AI development tools and environments you have worked in. Experience with tools such as these would be valuable:

• OpenAI Codex
• Claude CoWork
• ChatGPT
• GitHub
• APIs
• Cloudflare
• Automations
• Other AI coding agents or development environments

You do not need experience with every tool listed. I am interested in how broadly you have experimented, what you have built, and how quickly you can adapt as the technology changes.

Pay is based on experience and demonstrated ability, with potential for the role and responsibilities to grow over time.

You will work on your own computer, and I provide access to the tools and accounts the work requires. Because you will be working inside real client businesses, client work is confidential — a simple confidentiality agreement is part of onboarding.

What to Expect After You Apply

Applications close Friday, August 7. They will be reviewed within approximately 7–10 days after that. Every applicant will receive an update.

After the initial review, you will either be invited to the next stage, or receive a message letting you know that you were not selected to continue.

A small number of selected applicants will be invited to complete a paid trial project. The trial will be limited in scope and based on the kind of work this role will perform.
