Substance Use Detox & Residential – Per Diem RN

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Schedule: Per Diem (as needed)

👩‍⚕️ Role Summary

Join our Detox & Residential team providing compassionate, evidence‑based care to individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Per Diem RNs support patient stabilization, withdrawal management, and ongoing recovery in a structured residential setting.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans

• Provide and coordinate detox and residential nursing care

• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and communicate with providers

• Support a safe, therapeutic environment

• Document patient care per policy

• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery

🎓 Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license

• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred

• Strong assessment and crisis‑management skills
