Guest experience associate

iSmash is a brand-new entertainment destination opening soon in Grand Rapids featuring smash rooms, splatter paint experiences, and interactive art activities. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Guest Experience Associate to help lead day-to-day operations and create an unforgettable experience for every guest.

This is a hands-on  role in a fun, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing, positive, organized, and comfortable leading both customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an exciting, welcoming experience
• Assist with customer check-in, reservations, waivers, and front desk operations
• Help oversee daily operations of smash rooms and paint experiences
• Reset, clean, and prepare rooms after guest sessions
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and operational setup
• Help resolve customer questions or concerns professionally
• Ensure guests follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and creating a fun atmosphere
• Help open and close the facility as needed
