Individuals are responsible for generating house customer revenue by providing excellent customer service, uncovering customer needs, and proposing alternative/new product options. Essential Functions:
Balance selling skills with a customer service orientation.
Become an expert in one’s knowledge of the Baudville Brands product line while possessing the ability to translate that knowledge into accurate and meaningful product recommendations for our clients.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members while assimilating oneself into Baudville’s culture of recognition and excellence.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in daily interactions with customers, co-workers, superiors, etc.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service.
Create a need/value proposition for products and service offerings with client sites.
Key Measures of Success:
Develop/manage a territory of accounts while meeting minimum expectations for monthly sales quotas and growing existing business.
Maintain a high activity of calls & talk time-determined by strengths and territory
Ability to multitask and function within Baudville’s key technology components: CRM & Order Entry Platforms
Maintain weekly account/activity reports for business reporting.
Ability to meet and exceed all monitoring criteria and utilize feedback for further development.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills
Capability to excel in a goal-oriented environment
Prior customer service or business-to-business sales experience is desirable
Possess a relational and service-oriented approach to interactions with others.
Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with CRM’s is a plus.
Ability and willingness to translate professional training/coaching into daily practices.
Team player who is willing to support others for the benefit of the organization.
Exceptional organization and time management skills
