H&L Advantage began in 1970 with just three people providing top of the line plastic products manufacturing. We focus on bridging the gap between manufacturers and customers to provide sales, design and engineering services. While much has changed since our beginning in 1970, our manufacturing expertise remains a cornerstone of who we are and the quality we provide to our customers. We own and operate 20 injection molding machines and have made it a part of our DNA to grow and adapt to the changing needs of the market. Who You Are:
We are in search of a hard-working problem solver to join our family-owned business as a part-time Human Resources Generalist. You will process payroll, facilitate all recruitment efforts, help with employee questions and manage all things HR in support of our 40 employees. This role works cross-functionally to ensure effective policies, program and practices are in place. This 12-20 hour per week position will be onsite a few days a week (that work with your schedule!) in our Grandville location.
