ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise and Outbound Sales team in achieving and exceeding performance goals. This player-coach will inspire a high-performing team through accountability, strategic guidance, coaching, and development. In addition to leading the team, this individual will work directly with key buyers to retain high-value accounts and strategically drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of outbound sales professionals to exceed individual and team goals consistently by leveraging dynamic management to accelerate the potential of each team member.
- Engage in crucial conversations to foster accountability, drive performance, and encourage continuous improvement.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to support team growth and success.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- In collaboration with leadership and refine and develop outbound strategies to include all aspects of campaign design including but not limited to:Contact Frequency and
- Call Scripts and Reasons to Engage
- Email Marketing design and delivery
- CRM System setup and ROI reporting
• Act as a player-coach by modeling effective sales techniques and actively contributing to team success.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales processes, optimize strategies, and enhance team performance.
• Oversee campaign management and pipeline processes to ensure critical KPIs are achieved, data hygiene and record management standards are maintained, and reports are accurate and accessible for senior leadership.
Creative Problem Solving
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in overcoming challenges, providing tailored solutions for client needs, and optimizing the sales funnel.
• Foster a solutions-oriented mindset across the team to navigate complex sales scenarios effectively.
Sytems & Analytics
• CRM System mastery – able to leverage all available marketing and sales technology to drive impact and maximize opportunity.
• Analyze team performance metrics and pipeline data with a sharp attention to detail, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Use analytics to inform decision-making and implement changes to enhance overall productivity and results.
• Ensure all work outputs and deliverables reflect the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
Continuous Learning & Development
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging sales methodologies.
• Actively seek out new knowledge and share relevant insights with the team to promote a culture of curiosity and growth.

• Achieve departmental KPIs in outbound sales.
• Retain and grow high-value buyers by 10%.
• Drive 20% revenue growth in top outbound campaigns.
• Achieve a 15%+ improvement in lead generation close rates.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
Experience 3-7 years of sales experience, with a history of promotion and career development. Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams of 5+ team members.
Physical Demands Ability to work in an office environment, maintaining a sustained posture in a seated position. Prolonged periods of computer use required.
Confidentiality: Must handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.
Initiative Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing workloads and make independent decisions quickly.
Travel Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Interpersonal Communications: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills. Ability to communicate clearly with various people at all organizational levels and with external contacts.
Supervision: Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams of 5+ team members.
