Peer Mentor Volunteers
Who you’ll work with: Adults with disabilities

Peer Mentor Volunteers
Who you’ll work with: Adults with disabilities
What you’ll do:
- Provide friendly, one-on-one or small group support to adults with disabilities working on the farm
- Encourage independence, build social connections, and help with daily farm tasks
- Be a positive role model in a welcoming, inclusive environment
Ideal for: Patient, compassionate individuals who enjoy building relationships and believe in the power of inclusive communities. Experience with disability support is helpful but not required—training is provided!
Individual Field & Greenhouse Volunteers
Who you’ll work with: Plants, soil, sunshine, and our awesome farm team
What you’ll do:

What you’ll do:
- Help with planting, weeding, harvesting, watering, and general upkeep of fields and greenhouse
- Support sustainable growing practices and contribute to local food systems
- Learn about organic farming and work outdoors in a peaceful, purposeful environment
Ideal for: People who enjoy physical work, plants, and nature. No farming experience necessary—we’ll teach you!
Group Volunteers
Who you’ll work with: Your group + our farm team
What you’ll do:

What you’ll do:
- Join us for one-time or recurring group volunteer days
- Take part in large-scale planting, harvesting, farm clean-up, and team-building activities
- Make a big impact while enjoying time outside and working together
Ideal for: Corporate teams, schools, clubs, faith groups, or friend groups looking to give back and get dirty for a good cause.
