Position Overview:

The Office Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative functions of the office are efficient and well-organized. This individual will be responsible for coordinating scheduling activities, supporting time and labor tracking, maintaining office inventory, and assisting with internal communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee scheduling and support time and labor tracking processes
  • Obtain and organize sign-offs for completed jobs from team members
  • Communicate with employees to ensure timely timesheet approvals
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies, refreshments, and uniforms as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to office and field teams
  • Assist with social media and marketing efforts as needed (ideal for candidates with interest or education in marketing)
  • Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Support other operational or clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with timekeeping or scheduling tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter — able to take initiative, follow through, and work independently
  • Interest in social media or marketing is a plus
