Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards & Boxes in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for an organized, friendly, and responsible Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Duties will include operating the Toast point-of-sale system
• Answering phones and working with customers
• Taking catering orders
• Managing inventory
• Building charcuterie boards
• Prepping ingredients
• Slicing meat
• Cleaning
• Managing employees

Experience

• Proven experience in a management role
• Strong skills in time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage staff, including training and development of team members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A proactive and thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Strong supervisory skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Time management expertise
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
