Associate Director of Utilization Management and Care Coordination

We are the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We are seeking an Associate Director of Utilization Management and Care Coordination to provide direct cross-population utilization management for identified services which leads to cost-effective quality outcomes, informed providers, accurate claims payment, fair conflict resolution, and meaningful continuous dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires direct care coordination efforts across populations to ensure services are coordinated among individuals’ cross-system providers.
This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This assignment is hybrid with both remote and in-person responsibilities.
