We are looking for two experienced Relationship Managers to drive business growth in the commercial banking sector. This role involves developing and managing relationships with business clients, providing financial solutions, and growing the bank’s portfolio. Ideal candidates will have strong sales acumen, credit knowledge, and a proven track record in commercial banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with commercial banking clients.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
Provide tailored financial solutions to meet clients' banking needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless banking experience.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with credit teams to assess and structure lending solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of lending, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
