A Program Manager is responsible for:
Leading variety of special projects by managing team members who are cross functional and may be assigned fully to project or participate on part time basis. Responsible for project definition and scope, project management, people management, budget management, and delivery of defined measures and objectives. May work on multiple special projects simultaneously, based on workload and business needs. Some projects may be global in nature. Leading cross-functional team of resources in support of Product Engineering departmental goals and competitive strategic projects to plan, organize, and implement new products, product line enhancements, quality improvements, and cost reduction projects.
