Who You Are:
We are looking for a Communications Project Manager who is energized by a fast-paced agency environment and complex, thought-provoking work. This role offers a blend of high-level strategic planning and hands-on tactical deliverables and is ideal for someone with 10+ years of relevant experience who is a self-starter, an avid learner and excellent communicator who is driven by accountability and excellence.
To support this multifaceted work, the ideal candidate will:
- Be curious. Listen and synthesize client needs into clear and actionable plans. Ask questions to get to the heart of the client's business goals or specific challenges by connecting strategy, people, operations, marketing and communications. Understand client's business acumen.
- Be proactive and organized. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create insightful and engaging work. Own multiple projects from concept to completion, including strategy development, budgeting/estimating and execution. Take on a variety of tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
- Tackle complexity. Strong writer, communicator and consultant. Take on the client's specific request and connect the work to other areas within their organization. Pull in others when needed.
- Make ideas come to life. Collaborate with internal creatives, strategists, doers and thinkers to deliver the most impactful plans and solutions. Lead meetings, recap and track project milestones and pull work forward. Manage a range of projects that vary in scale from brand development and campaigns to tactical implementation.
- Pivot. Draw insights and make decisions based on past experience, qualitative and quantitative findings, relevant research. Know when to pull in other team members as subject matter experts.
