We are currently looking for a Technology Service Desk Analyst I to join our team in Holland. This is a 3rd shift position, working, Monday-Thursday 9pm-7:30am with the possibility of some overtime.
As a Technology Service Desk Analyst I, you will:
Respond to and process requests in manner that optimizes customer satisfaction. Provide assistance in use of all computer technology provided by Information Services (IS) to enterprise. Acts as account overlords administering user access and account maintenance.
